Your Job Search Should Feel Personal.

Most of my candidate relationships begin because I'm actively recruiting for a role that fits your background. If I reach out, it's because I've looked at what you bring to the table and I genuinely think there's a match worth exploring. That's when we dig in together — discovery, prep, coordination, and offer support, all the way through.

When we're working together on an active search with my client, here's what to expect.

01

Discovery

A real conversation. Your experience, what you're looking for, and what the right next move actually looks like for you.

02

Search/Intro

I introduce you to opportunities that fit your background and where you want to go, not just what's open on my end.

03

Prep & Coordination

I guide preparation, manage communication with the employer, and keep you in the loop at every stage.

04

Offer & Transition

If an offer comes, I stay involved — helping you evaluate it, navigate next steps, and move forward with confidence.

You’re More Than a Resume.

Recruiting can feel impersonal. Resumes get forwarded, interviews get scheduled, and sometimes it feels like you’re just moving through a system. That’s not how I approach this work. I take time to understand your experience, what motivates you, and what kind of environment you actually want to be part of. The goal isn’t just placement — it’s alignment. When the fit is right, everything else works better.

Want More Direct Support?

If you are not a part of one of my active searches: Whether it’s refining your resume, preparing for interviews, or clarifying your positioning, my career services are designed to help you present your experience clearly and confidently. Sometimes you don’t need a new opportunity; you just need a stronger strategy.

My career services include base resume rewrites, LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, and job search management — all starting with an initial consultation so I understand exactly where you are and where you're trying to go.

Sav’s Difference

I don’t operate on volume. I operate on fit. Because JSS is founder-led, you’re working directly with someone who’s invested in your outcome. Communication is clear. Feedback is honest. And opportunities are shared intentionally.

We won’t pursue roles that don’t make sense. And you won’t ever be left wondering where things stand.

Candidate/Job Seeker FAQs

You reached out to me. Is there a cost to work with you?

If you're part of an active search I'm running, there's no fee on your end. My placement fee is paid by my client, your future employer, not you.

What types of roles do you recruit for?

I recruit across tech, marketing, sales, product, and more — mostly within startup and growth-stage companies. Every search is different and driven by the specific needs of the hiring organization. If I reached out, the role is relevant to your background.

I want to hire you for career services as I’m not in an active search. Is there a cost for that?

I offer four main services: resume rewrites, LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, and job search management. All of them start with an initial consultation — no exceptions. That's how I make sure what we work on is actually tailored to you.

Career services are paid. Pricing is discussed during the initial consultation based on what you need. There are no surprise charges, and nothing is sold before we've talked.

Can I use career services and also be considered for your active searches?

Absolutely. They're not mutually exclusive. If you book a consult for career services and something relevant comes across my desk, you’ll be the first to know.
