Job Search Sav™ was built on the belief that recruiting should feel intentional, transparent, and human.

That’s right, I trademarked it. After years of experience experimenting casually within the job search space, I saw firsthand how often the process could feel rushed, impersonal, or transactional. Job Search Sav™ was created to offer something different — a more thoughtful, relationship-driven approach that prioritizes long-term fit over quick placements. The best part? It’s just me—Sav.

At its core, my work is about connection. It’s about understanding the people behind the resumes and the goals behind the job descriptions.

How It Started

Recruiting found me before I found it.

Long before Job Search Sav was a real business, it was just... me. Reviewing a friend's resume at midnight. Forwarding a job posting to someone who didn't even know they were open to a move. Running an impromptu mock interview before someone's big day. I was doing it for free, constantly, because it genuinely lit me up.

Ever since I identified recruiting as my ikigai — the intersection of what I love, what I'm good at, what the world needs, and what I can build a living doing — I haven't looked back.

I wanted to build something different.

Job Search Sav™ was built to be the alternative — thoughtful, transparent, and genuinely human from the first touchpoint to the final offer.

My Approach

Founder-led means that you always get me. I spearhead every single search, and I run it personally — from the discovery call that shapes the whole strategy to the offer debrief that makes sure everyone walks away confident.

Each opportunity is approached thoughtfully and personally.

  • Careful screening and vetting - I talk to people, not just resumes. Every candidate gets a real conversation before I put them in front of you.

  • Clear, consistent communication - You'll always know where things stand. No ghosting, no hand-offs, no radio silence, no "We'll circle back."

  • Focus on long-term fit - I'm placing people, not filling seats. The goal is a hire that sticks — for both sides.
